Our Mission Statement is to help clients achieve their most ambitious sales goals and strategic communications objectives; to deliver the highest levels of professionalism and experience; and to provide strategic advice, creative solutions and timely, responsive services.
Tracy Smith Consulting Services, LLC is the realization of a childhood dream. For years, I searched for the right opportunity to own my own business while working day-to-day for a Fortune 100 company.
I didn’t know what a “Virtual Assistant” was when I discovered the International Virtual Assistants Association (www.IVAA.org) and started researching the industry. The professionals I met, mostly former corporate employees, were committed to the highest level of service and quality.
I recognized that my 10 years experience in the corporate world in a virtual office environment (out of my home) taught me valuable skills in how to be a Virtual Assistant. My aptitude in creating client presentations, leveraging technology, understanding challenges and providing solutions made the Virtual Office Assistant industry the right fit for me – in large part due to my traits of being self-motivated, self-directed, tech-savvy and incredibly organized.
I joined International Virtual Assistants Association and the Virtual Assistants of Dallas-Ft. Worth and started working with clients. I have never been happier.
A bit about me…
I’m a magna cum laude graduate of the University of North Texas. I’ve held a variety of positions in my career, including Global Account Manager, Business Analyst and Office Administrator.
I grew up on the West Coast and moved to Texas in 1992 where I met and married my husband. We have two wonderful children and live in Corinth, Texas.
On the occasion when I’m not working, you will find me playing with the family, reading a Dick Francis novel, hiking, camping, eating or enjoying a good comedy.
